1. Our Commitment
At Perfio, we are committed to your satisfaction. All our products are 100% authentic and carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
- The product was received damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance sales
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process a full refund or send a replacement product within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
