By accessing and using the Perfio website (perfioeg.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

All fragrances sold by Perfio are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products. Each product listing accurately describes the item, including brand, size, and price.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. A flat shipping fee of 50 EGP applies to all orders delivered anywhere in Egypt.

We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (الدفع عند الاستلام) and Instapay. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 2–5 business days within Egypt. We will contact you via the phone number provided to confirm your order and arrange delivery.

Perfio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
